HI-5 KICKOFF MEETING Hi-5 is the name of a new instrumental project for the Very Large Telescope Interferometer (VLTI). The main objective of Hi-5 is to study at high-contrast and high-angular resolution nearby planetary systems in the L and M bands (3 to 5 microns), a key waveband to characterize young exoplanets and exozodiacal disks.
